I assume this is concept design, and not reality. But if it was real, it would probably be in Dubai. They don't have to worry about terrorists there because they're running it.

Just the way this went down, it really doesn't look like it was faked for ratings or shock value. I could be wrong, but it looked like it was handled like a real emergency. Damn, that thing was big and fast.
